During this course we will map not only the stories of your heart but areas of your consciousness that you can go to to alchemise all manner of blockage, limitation, tension, energies and relational issues.

This is the work that was essential to me putting my life back together piece by piece for over a decade. This is an incredible gift, a shortcut or leap frog to not have to work all this out by yourself.

I created The Heart Retrieval process out of dire necessity, my heart was entwined with another for over a decade and it was excruciatingly painful.

I have since done incredible 1-1 Heart Retrievals with 100s of people, a LEAP Kinesiology based session where people come with a list of all their heart stories, we then use the muscle testing to work out what needed healing and retrieving and why patterns kept repeating and what linked back to core wounding.

These are really epic 1-1s but I wanted to teach more. Like how to keep your heart threads to yourself, why they keep tangling up, and knowing how to operate from a whole heart going forward.
